Lexion covers the most fundamental processes in reading and writing acquisition , EG. phonological awareness, letter-sound correspondence, syllable and morpheme segmentation and blending etc. Grammar spatial, skills, arithmetic and understanding of the clock and other aspects are also covered.

Lexion contains 94 different exercises interwoven according to a thoroughly thought out educational pattern. There are 1,100 age related word lists, more than 2,000 photographic pictures and 4,000 digital recordings. The word base itself consists of 265,000 words.

Lexion should be considered as a complete educational tool, instead of just random exercises. Lexion is based on customised exercises for each individual. Exercises can be chosen in four different ways. A user's set of exercises are created in any of the following ways.

1. Perform a test and let Lexion automatically generate a user profile based on the test results.

2. Search a list database to generate a user profile.

3. Use pre-defined profiles.

4. Select manually.
